Our scratch-made 10 inch pies are baked with delicious fruit grown right here in Peach County, Georgia.
Our Farm Bakery: Our grower and bakery chef, Chef Hamidah handcrafts each pie using her family's treasured 80 year Classic Southern Recipe Collection. In the spirit of her grandmother, she puts "a little love in each pie" by growing the best quality ingredients for her pies using sustainable and organic methods. Chef Hamidah believes canned fruit, preservatives and fillers have no place in a pie. She shapes each crust by hand using fresh sweet cream butter and finely milled flour. Chef Hamidah has been crafting baked goods for family and community for the last 30 years. Chef Hamidah and her family reside on a 15-acre family farmstead in Peach County, Georgia.

Our Delivery Process: All fruit pies are baked fresh and flash-frozen to preserve quality and freshness through the shipping process. We ship our pies using special insulated pie boxes with ice packs for optimum delivery results. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Baking Instructions: All pies should be baked frozen and placed in a hot oven preheated to 375 degrees for 55-60 mins. 1. Place oven rack in center position. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Remove frozen pie from box, and remove plastic overwrap from pie. Do not remove pie from original foil pan. Leave pie on counter while oven is preheating. 3. Center frozen pie on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil, and place in preheated oven. 4. Check pie after 50 minutes for doneness. Typical baking time: 55 - 65 minutes until center is set. Since ovens vary, adjust time and temperature as necessary. 5. Remove pie on cookie sheet from oven using oven mitts. Do not handle pie by edge of pan. 6. Cool for 2 hours or until pie reaches desired serving temperature. Pies are best when freshly baked. Store leftover baked pie loosely covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
