Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies
Buttery, crispy, and nutty irresistible cookies. Makes 30 cookies. Preheat oven 350..
1 cup soft butter
1 cup Momma's Shuga sweetener
3 cups superfine almond flour
2 tsp coconut flour
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp hot water
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts
Cream butter and Shuga together. Add egg. Mix well. Add vanilla, vinegar and hot water. Combine well. Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Add chips and walnuts. Refrigerate for 15 mins. Scoop teaspoonfuls onto lined baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Let cool completely before removing from baking sheet.
