4 room temperature eggs
2 tbs melted coconut oil
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Mommas Shuga Sweetener for zero calorie, zero net carb without an aftertaste.
2 tbs softened butter
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla nut butter extract
1/2 cup almond milk
1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Mix eggs, sour cream, vanilla, milk, coconut oil and butter until smooth.
3. Combine almond flour and baking powder.
4. Mix flour and egg mixture until smooth.
5. Pour mixture into 9 inch round pan.
